Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Core & Calm, we are committed to providing a high-quality and inclusive experience for all our clients. To help us maintain a smooth and respectful schedule, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following booking and cancellation terms

Booking Policy

Advance Booking: All classes and sessions must be booked in advance via our online system or app.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Waitlist: If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. You will be notified via email or SMS if a spot becomes available.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Group Classes:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of the session.

Private Sessions:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged.

Late Arrivals:

  • We have a 0 tolerance for lateness to classes, therefore you may not be permitted to join the session for safety and disruption reasons, and it will be treated as a no-show.

 

Refunds & Transfers

·         Non-Refundable: All purchases are non-refundable but may be transferable to another session or client at our discretion.

·         Package Expiry: Class packs and memberships are valid for a set period. Please check your account or contact us for details.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly as soon as possible. We may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
